Payment must be made prior to beginning a project.

Use of my artworks and images as training data for generative artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) tools is prohibited.

Use of my artworks for NFT's is prohibited.

The artist (Myself) retains the right to display and promote all commissioned artworks.

The client cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork(s).

Commercial work subject to additional terms and contract in place.

I am committed to your project. If I cannot complete it, I will issue a refund.

Communications will be conducted via DM or email. Weekly updates will be provided throughout project duration.
